(1) Do not charge in the sun in hot weather, and do not charge immediately after driving. Summer is here, this is especially important, remember not to charge the electric car in the hot sun, nor to put the battery in the sun . In the same way, you should stay away from open flames and high-temperature heat sources both during normal times and when charging.
(2) When an electric vehicle is found to indicate that the battery is too low during driving, it should be charged as soon as possible. The vulcanization process began after the battery was discharged, and obvious vulcanization appeared after 12 hours. Charging in time can remove non-serious vulcanization. If it is not charged in time, these vulcanized crystals will accumulate and gradually form coarse crystals. Therefore, in addition to daily charging, it is also necessary to pay attention to charging as soon as possible after use, and use lithium as much as possible. The ion battery pack is fully charged.
(3) Lithium-ion batteries should not be activated by special methods. Lithium-ion batteries will be naturally activated during electric vehicles. Lithium-ion batteries have no memory effect, so there is no need to deliberately deep charge and discharge activation.
(4) Be sure to use a suitable lithium-ion battery charger to charge, first insert the charger output plug into the battery charging socket, then insert the charger plug into the mains socket, and observe the indicator light for charging judgment. If the charger is lost or damaged, please buy it from the corresponding dealer. Do not use lead-acid chargers or other forms of chargers for charging.
(5) Generally, charge for about 1-2 hours after the charger indicator turns green to stop charging. Lithium-ion batteries have no memory effect, and each charge is about 5-8 hours. The user estimates the time when using it and prohibits overcharging.
(6) Try to charge the lithium-ion battery pack as much as possible to prevent the battery from recharging after undervoltage every time. This can greatly improve the battery life and make the battery in a shallow cycle state, so that the battery life will be extended.
(7) Prevent high temperature charging. Do not charge in an environment where the temperature exceeds 40°. High temperature will cause the battery capacity to decline. Try to choose a cool and ventilated environment, too hot and humid environment is not conducive to the charging state, but also damage the battery and reduce the life of the charger.
In addition, the best ambient temperature for lithium-ion battery charging is 25°C. At present, most chargers do not have an automatic control system that adapts to the ambient temperature. Most chargers are designed according to the ambient temperature of 25°C, so charging at 25°C is better.
